Description of Solar Tempered Glass 

  • High - Transparency Substrate: Utilizing low - iron ultra - white silica sand as the raw material, our photovoltaic glass offers an extremely high visible light transmittance, with a 2.0 - mm thick glass achieving a transmittance of ≥ 94%. This ensures that a maximum amount of sunlight can penetrate the glass, reaching the solar cells beneath. The special surface patterns on the ultra - clear patterned glass further enhance light scattering and absorption, significantly improving the overall light - harvesting efficiency.
  • Anti - Reflective Coating Technology: Employing internationally leading techniques, an anti - reflective (AR) coating is applied to the surface of the high - transparency glass. This AR coating effectively reduces the sunlight reflection ratio on the glass surface. By minimizing reflection, more light is directed onto the solar cells, thereby increasing the conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic modules.
