We adhere to strict quality management systems and international standards to ensure every piece of glass meets customer expectations. Our QC process covers the entire production cycle:
1. Raw Material Inspection
All raw materials (silica sand, soda ash, etc.) undergo rigorous testing for purity, particle size, and chemical composition, complying with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards (e.g., GB/T 29551 for photovoltaic glass, GB/T 11944 for insulating glass).
2. In-Production Monitoring
Real-time monitoring of melting temperature, forming speed, and coating thickness (for Low-E/BIPV glass) via advanced sensors and automated inspection equipment. Key parameters are recorded and traceable.
3. Finished Product Testing
Each batch of glass undergoes comprehensive tests:
- Mechanical performance: Impact resistance, bending strength (per GB/T 9963 for tempered glass).
- Optical performance: Transmittance, reflectance, haze (for photovoltaic glass, ensuring ≥94% light transmittance).
- Safety performance: Fragmentation test for tempered glass, adhesion test for coated glass.
4. Continuous Improvement
We regularly audit our QC system, collect customer feedback, and optimize production processes to maintain consistent quality excellence.
